Purpose and access
AIQ Project Recorder is an internal archiving tool operated for AIQ School. It processes only new messages from the designated AIQ School Telegram work group after the bot was connected. The archive is available only to authorized administrators; it is not public.
Google account data
When the company account authorizes the application, it requests the Google Drive drive.file permission. The application uses it to create and manage its own folders, daily Google Docs, and original work documents in the company’s Drive. It does not request general access to all existing Drive files. The Google OAuth credential is kept on the application server and is not shared with other users.
Telegram and AI processing
The application records new group messages, sender identifiers and display names, timestamps, replies, edits, and attachment metadata in a database on a server in Germany. Original work documents are stored in the company’s Google Drive. Telegram audio and images, and text extracted from new work documents, may be sent to the OpenAI API for transcription, image description, or summarization. Ordinary text messages are not sent to OpenAI by this application. OpenAI processing is not restricted to Germany. Google Drive files are not read back and sent to OpenAI for these features.
Retention and control
Archive records and Drive files remain until an authorized AIQ School administrator removes them. Deleting a Telegram message does not automatically delete its archived copy. The company Google account holder can revoke the application’s Drive access in Google Account settings; this stops future Drive operations, but does not itself delete existing archive files or database records. Sharing and security
The application does not sell data or use it for advertising. Its hosting provider in Germany stores the application database and temporary processing files. Telegram, Google Drive, and OpenAI receive data only as needed for the functions described above. Administrative access is restricted, and API credentials are stored separately from application source code.

AIQ Project Recorder — внутренний архив новых сообщений рабочей Telegram-группы «AIQ школа». Тексты сообщений, данные отправителей, даты и сведения о вложениях хранятся в базе на сервере в Германии. Оригиналы рабочих документов и дневные сводки сохраняются в корпоративном Google Drive. Приложение запрашивает разрешение drive.file только для создаваемых им файлов. Новые аудио, изображения и извлечённый текст документов могут передаваться в OpenAI API для расшифровки и краткого описания; обработка OpenAI не ограничена Германией. Старую переписку приложение не импортирует. Архив хранится до удаления администратором; удаление сообщения в Telegram не удаляет архивную копию автоматически.
